Artisanuniqueon wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our hand-poured candles and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Items must not show signs of use, damage, or wear

The 30-day return period begins from the date you receive your order. We recommend initiating returns as soon as possible to ensure timely processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or burned candles (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized orders made specifically for you
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Subscription boxes after the subscription period has begun
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items without proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@artisanuniqueon.cv with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2-3 business days
  3. You will receive a return authorization number (RMA) that must be included with your return
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all original materials
  5. Include the RMA number and a copy of your order confirmation in the package
  6. Ship the item to the return address provided (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect)

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until your return is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@artisanuniqueon.cv with photos of the damage and your order number.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. We may request that you return the damaged item for quality control purposes.

Please report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost, and we will cover all return shipping expenses.

You may be asked to return the incorrect item, or we may allow you to keep it depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund following our standard return process, then place a new order for the desired item.

This process ensures that you receive a full refund for the original item and can purchase the new item at current pricing.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@artisanuniqueon.cv. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are not available for subscription periods that have already begun. If you cancel mid-period, you will continue to receive candles for the remainder of the paid period, and your subscription will not renew.

If you wish to return a subscription box, it must be unopened and returned within 30 days of delivery, following our standard return process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
